Rosie Guibault was born in Sonora, Mexico, amd grew up in the Salinas Valley of California. She was a columnist for the Pacific News Service, and the San Francisco, and was the editorial director for KGO-TV (ABC San Francisco). As a USF Alumn and author of "Farmworkers Daughter: Growing up Mexican in America" and "The Latina's guide to sucess in the workplace" Guibalt will discuss her experiences and lessons as a Latina in the workplace.
