Chef Matt will transport you to the shores of Valencia, Spain to create a few traditional paella dishes. You will learn all of the intricate steps, from selecting the ideal ingredients and creating a homemade sofrito, to developing a crispy socarrat and aioli finish. This is a fun, hands-on class where you will also learn some tips and tricks to make cooking easier than ever!
BYOA- Bring your own apron if you have it.... A prize will be given to the funniest apron.
