The Fashion Design Studio, located at Ultimo TAFE, is known for its innovation and creativity, and is internationally recognised and considered as the Premier Fashion Design Institute in Australia.
The School trains students in design, illustration, couture, tailoring,printing, patternmaking and construction, styling, retail, merchandising and media; giving them the necessary skills to gain employment in the Fashion Industry. The Fashion Design Studio has partnerships with Design Institutes in India, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Sweden and the United States. This gives final year students the opportunity to go on to a fourth year overseas and gain an international Degree.
