The Cultural Centers, in collaboration with the President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (PACSW) is hosting the second annual Womyn of Color Conference.
The purpose of the conference is primarily to be a space for womyn of color to explore intersections of identities, as well as ways in which we can be in solidarity with one another and allies.
The theme and title this year is (Re)Producing a Village ! Honoring the relationships fostered between Womyn of Color both professional and personal is vital to individual and community growth. As Womyn of Color, we can build upon the relationships that we have and create support systems to lead from our lived experiences. This conference is intended to give space to Womyn of Color as they cultivate their voices and build upon the leadership skills that are already ingrained within the roles Womyn of Color embody in their everyday lives.
