Spend a delicious night on Haight Street with Chef Krumme and discover all you need to know about fresh pasta. This hands-on cooking class will feed your body & soul.
Fresh pasta is the result of carefully selected ingredients, a well-crafted dough, and the formation of ideal shapes for the right sauces. In this class, Chef Matt will teach guests how to make a number of different pasta shapes (Bow-tie, Pappardelle, Linguini, etc) and create a few tasty sauces (bolognese, fresh pesto or brown butter sage). To top it off, there will be a lesson in developing a composed salad with a citrus vinaigrette.
BYOA- Bring your own apron if you have it.... A prize will be given to the funniest apron.
Beer and Wine will be served separately - woohoo!
